Our artisans use your measurements, engraving details, and pet reference photos for sketch transfer, hand-shaped relief carving, coloring, and silver forging.

We use information to send order confirmations, production updates, and shipment tracking numbers, and to review returns, remakes, or refund requests.

We understand the special meaning each pet holds. Photos of finished physical pieces may appear on our social media or website portfolio for inspiration only after personal information, such as addresses, telephone numbers, full names, and private contact details, has been removed or obscured.

If you do not want photos of your finished piece displayed publicly, leave a note when ordering or email pawpal.petstudio@outlook.com. We will strictly respect your wishes and will not display the piece.

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share only the minimum necessary data with third-party service providers in these circumstances:

Carriers needed for customs declarations and delivery.
