We photograph, inspect, package, and ship worldwide.
Deposit & crafting guarantee
Because each piece is made exclusively from your pet’s photo, checkout reserves the design time and workshop slot. Details can be adjusted before the proof is approved; once the final design enters production, cancellations or changes without cause are not supported. If serious shipping damage occurs, we provide a free remake with covered return shipping.
