Because each piece is made exclusively from your pet’s photo, checkout reserves the design time and workshop slot. Details can be adjusted before the proof is approved; once the final design enters production, cancellations or changes without cause are not supported. If serious shipping damage occurs, we provide a free remake with covered return shipping.

Production follows the lead time displayed for your selected item and begins after your customization details are confirmed. VIP priority service is available where offered. Each piece undergoes a final quality check before shipping.

Made to Order: Each piece is made individually based on the customization details you confirm. Please review them carefully before placing your order.
Natural Leather Characteristics: Vegetable-tanned leather is natural, uncoated cowhide that retains its original surface characteristics. Growth marks, subtle texture variations, and natural markings may be present. These are normal characteristics of genuine leather, not manufacturing defects.
Handcrafted Variations: We carefully avoid prominent natural marks whenever possible during production. However, we cannot guarantee a perfectly uniform surface or completely identical textures. Minor variations in carving and finishing are also part of the handmade process, making every piece unique.
Please Order with Realistic Expectations: If you expect a perfectly smooth surface without any natural markings, or tend to inspect every detail under magnification, please consider carefully before ordering. Natural leather may not be suitable for customers who require an exceptionally flawless surface.
